Showcase: Two Songs from Behind the Walls

Anuj Sharma and I recently spent an evening at Akhil's churning out tunes for some of the poems I had written during the time I was in jail. We intend releasing an audio-CD to accompany the book. In this clip, you can see the lyricist and the composer at work!

This is probably what a "finished product" of my collaboration with the hugely talented Anuj Sharma would sound like. Anuj's voice- and music- have the effect of transporting me back through space-time: to a cold and lonely cell in Raipur Central Jail where I feel once again the night-wind's eerily comforting embrace.

    :) Nice to know that we're going to have a book written by you bhaiya... what's it all about? And interestingly, a CD, accompanying the book!

    Amazing!
    I did listen the song (poem) after commenting on the writing. I was amazed with the depth of the poem. I was really unaware of this side of your personality bhaiya. Lyrics are interestingly touchy and the composition too is beyond imagination. Bhaiya, now I would certainly like to have a copy of the CD and the book as well. May I take the liberty now of requesting you for a copy?

    lyrics are too good but you need to work hard on music side. otherwise it would test like- a goodly apple rotten at the heart. a littil bit a polishing wil bring out amazing result.
